Our design includes:
- Concept development and storyboarding.
- Walkthrough of the event space to accommodate your personal design requests as well as to offer our professional recommendations.
- An inspiration board, floor plan, design layout with illustrations, sketches and a color palette for your event.
- Pre-event demo of your tabletop including floral, linens and tableware when our recommended suppliers are contracted for your event.
- Stylize visuals – signage, bars, food stations, band, staff attire.
- unparalleled floral and tabletop design
- Lighting design, including intelligent synchronization and custom light fixtures.
- Custom graphic design – Menus, cards Signs; wall, floor and ceiling treatments.
- Custom furniture/accessories – lounge, bars, banquettes, dining tables, signature piece.
- Linens, draping, and upholstery which tie into design vision.
- Supervision of event setup through breakdown, B.O. Events is onsite the day of your event for 10-15 hours as required.
1. Initial contact, informal consultation - your choice of contact (phone, email or text)
2. Face to face (or video) complimentary consultation with a member of our event and wedding design team to:
i. Shape your dream – This is a discussion that helps conceptualize your ideas to develop the look and feel of your day.
ii. Gain a clear understanding – To make it clear what the venue provides, what we will provide and all that your event requires.
iii. Walkthrough the event – Starting from scratch, we’ll review every bite of detail to make your event a success so that nothing is missed.
iv. Style to suit – To give you what you value the most, budget will be discussed to focus on the areas most important.
v. Inspire – Give creative design ideas, other resources and optional vendors.
3. Quotation – After the face-to-face meeting we will provide a comprehensive quote customized to your occasion.
4. Sign the retainer agreement –Time is precious, let’s commit to a solid partnership so we can focus our time on bringing to life your dream event.
5. Sourcing materials – if we don’t have it, we’ll source it.
6. Meet up – Wherever possible we will meet at the venue or another central point for an informal chat and answer questions or discuss any changes.
7. Sign the contract – After finalizing the details, the terms of agreement will be 60% down and the remaining 40% is due 3 weeks before the event.

You will be able to polyester or cotton linens in a solid, or with prints and patterns. Our specialty tier linens are beautifully designed for every special occasion.
